REG-02 · Registry intelligence · installed on Windows

Search the Philippine FDA Verification Portal without the wait.

The whole FDA registry, answered in seconds.

The public Verification Portal answers one slow search at a time and its filters barely work. VP Crawler pulls the entire registry to your PC in about fifteen minutes, then answers the question that shapes every Philippine submission strategy: is this generic, strength and dosage form already registered, or will it be Monitored Release?

What it does

Eight views of one registry.

Everything the live portal makes slow or impossible, offline and instant, with a log of what the FDA changed since yesterday.

01

Classification checker

Drop an Excel list. Each row gets a verdict: not Monitored Release because established brands exist, likely MR, or not a drug registration. Strength, salt and vitamin normalisation handles the messy cases.

02

CPR movements

Every refresh is diffed. New registrations, removals and products that left Monitored Release are logged permanently and raise a desktop alert.

03

My products

Your registrations matched against the registry: listed or not, expiry countdowns, advisory hits, and a flag the day one changes.

04

Portal explorer

Search, filter and sort the entire registry with Excel-style column filters that rebuild their counts from whatever you have already narrowed.

05

Market intel

Competitor density per molecule, who imports and distributes what, and which brands are established versus still monitored. Business tier and above.

06

Distributors and LTO movement

Establishment licences tracked over time, so new entrants and lapsed distributors show up without anyone looking for them.

07

Advisories and outliers

Every FDA advisory ever posted, matched against your brands, and an outlier view for registrations that do not fit their peers.

08

Team snapshots

Export an encrypted, expiring, self-contained file colleagues open read-only, with a classification checker built in. No second licence needed to share findings.

Questions
Where does the data come from?

From the FDA Philippines Verification Portal’s own public search, requested politely and rate-limited. VP Crawler ships as a crawler, not as a copy of the registry. Your installation builds its own copy on first run.

Does anything leave my PC?

No. The database, your product lists and every export stay on your machine. The only outbound traffic is to the FDA portal itself. Team snapshots are files you choose to share.

How current is it?

A full refresh takes about fifteen minutes and runs automatically each weekday at 07:00, or whenever you press the button. The movement log tells you exactly what changed.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC and Excel for your lists. No server, no IT involvement, no admin rights beyond installing a program.
