Will it work with our spreadsheet?
Yes. At setup you point it at your tracker and tell it which column holds the tracking number and which rows to include. Any layout works, and the mapping is saved. The team can keep re-sorting, inserting and renaming as usual.
Does it change our Excel file?
Only when you press the write-back button, and only the status columns you chose. A backup is taken first and it refuses to write while someone has the file open.
What if the FDA kiosk is down?
The run records the error, keeps yesterday’s data, and tries again next morning. Nothing is marked as moved on a failed fetch.
