Philippine FDA GMP certificate tracking in one view.
No certificate expires unnoticed.
A lapsed foreign GMP clearance stalls every application that depends on that site. GMP Tracker watches the GMP application status of each manufacturing site in your network and, separately, counts down every certificate’s validity date, raising renewal alerts while there is still time to file.
Two sites are in their renewal window. Press Check now.

Two independent watches per site.
Status movement on the kiosk and certificate expiry are different risks. GMP Tracker follows both, so a site with no open application is still watched for expiry.
GMP status scan
Each site’s active tracking number is checked against DocTrack every weekday. Multiple tracking numbers per site are handled; the latest application is followed automatically.
Expiry countdown
Every certificate’s validity date drives a countdown. Alerts escalate at 180, 90 and 60 days and are acknowledged per site so the same alert does not nag twice.
Re-inspection dates
Subject-for-re-inspection dates are computed from the issuing authority and certificate type using PIC/S conventions, and overridden per site where needed.
Movement history
Every kiosk log entry is stored per site. Archived sites keep their history and come back intact if they return to the sheet.
Filters and search
Per-column funnel filters with live counts: expiry within three months, by country, by authority, by handler, by status.
Write-back and export
Latest status columns written into the sheet on request with backups, and a self-contained HTML view for anyone who needs to see the register without the app.
Our site register has custom columns. Is that a problem?
No. At setup you tell it which columns hold the tracking numbers, the validity date and the site name. Everything else is carried along untouched and shown in the detail panel.
What counts as a renewal alert?
A site crossing 180, 90 or 60 days before its certificate validity date. Each threshold alerts once, and acknowledging it silences that threshold for that site only.
Can a site without a tracking number be tracked?
Its expiry countdown still runs. The kiosk scan needs a tracking number, so such a site is watched for expiry only, and says so in its row.
Put every site on a countdown.
